Browser-first privacy approach
NovaKit is designed so many tools process files and text directly in your browser. For those tools, your selected file or pasted text does not need to be uploaded to NovaKit servers to produce a result. Some features may use external runtime APIs when current information is required, such as exchange-rate data.
This policy explains the categories of information that may be processed when you use NovaKit. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed before using tools with sensitive or regulated information.

Local browser processing
Many NovaKit tools are implemented in client-side code. Image, text, QR, developer, and some PDF workflows may process data locally in your browser and generate results without sending the input to a NovaKit backend.
Runtime APIs and third parties
Some tools may request current data from third-party APIs, such as exchange rates or postal-code lookup. Those requests may include the values needed for the lookup, such as a currency code or postal code.
Finance tool data
Finance calculators and document generators may process business names, invoice details, receipt items, salary values, tax assumptions, loan inputs, currency choices, and uploaded logos or signatures in the browser. Avoid entering full bank account details, payment card numbers, government tax IDs, payroll records, or customer financial data unless you have verified the workflow and have permission to use the data.
Analytics and advertising
NovaKit is prepared for analytics and advertising configuration, such as Google Analytics or Google AdSense. When enabled, those services may collect usage, device, and interaction data according to their own policies.
